I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service from Tajezzo.

The zipper on my Tajezzo bag broke after only about 8 months of normal use. Given the brand’s positioning and reputation for innovative, quality products, I expected the bag—especially such an essential component as the zipper—to last much longer.

What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I have contacted Tajezzo’s customer service team four separate times, providing photos and asking for a reasonable solution—either a replacement or a zipper repair. I have received no response at all.

Product issues can happen, but how a company responds to those issues says a lot about the brand. Ignoring a customer after four attempts to reach out is simply unacceptable.

I genuinely liked the design and functionality of this bag, but based on the premature zipper failure and the lack of after-sales support, I cannot recommend the product or the customer service at this time.

I hope Tajezzo will finally respond and provide a reasonable solution.
